Hello, I’m Nancy, and I’m happy to have you here!
I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) specializing in burnout recovery and prevention. I graduated from the Natural Nutrition program at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) after years of working in the medical insurance industry and decided to pursue something I became truly passionate about. I help busy professionals struggling with burnout restore energy and vitality so that they can lead highly productive lives while still reserving time for rest, hobbies, and spending quality time with loved ones.
When I’m not working my full-time insurance job or running my nutrition practice, I spend time doing fitness, yoga, dancing, cooking, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family. I’m a health nut and a major foodie!
I’m propelled to keep busy and fill my days with many things to do, but I have learned over the years how much impact healthful diet and lifestyle habits can make on my productivity and energy level. I have gone through periods of burnout in the face of high work demands, but have adopted specific habits and mindsets to help me improve my energy and become far more productive than I have ever been. I feel it is my natural calling to dive deeper into this topic and help you restore energy and vitality so that you can become highly productive and achieve your goals, while still having time for fun and rest because they are necessary for joyful living as well as maintaining high productivity.
